This month found a brilliant little skincare trio that has really helped my skin, some amazing highlights and cotton candy heaven in the form of a powder.

Aldi beauty sponge

This is my favourite find of the month, we know they all do their little rip off versions of high end products so when i saw a sponge i thought it would be rude not too. These grow huge for one, they are softer and bouncier then a beauty blender and literally applys your foundation in seconds. I have stocked up for a good while and i recommend you do too! Beauty blender who?

Jeffree star magic powder

Firstly another powder that smells amazing, candyfloss! But it doesnt linger so if your sensetive to scents it does go, secondly the packaging is a winner as well with the little turn system inside so the powder doesn’t get messy. Now onto the powder it is so light and finely milled you barely feel it on the skin, i use it all over my skin and keeps me matte and shine free all day! Love it!

Estate dew highlight in lit

I got this a couple of months ago in a birchbox and i swear this is the brightest highlight, it is so stunning i took it away with me and wore it on the nights out for dinner to catch peoples eye, you can’t miss me wearing this. This is the perfect shade of gold for paler skin tones. Shame it is a hard brand to get hold of as i would love to try more of their products.

Elf jelly highlight in cloud

This is another product i fell more in love with when i was away, again another gorgeous shade for paler skin but this time champagne, and this does not budge once it’s dried down from jelly to powder. Also a very blinding highlight and just looks beautiful on the skin, well worth checking out for the price.

Pixi tonics

Glow tonic - i love chemical exfoliants, i use pads in the evening but the glow tonic in the morning so my skin is free of any dead skin cells before i pop my makeup on, i have really noticed a difference with the texture of the skin now i am upping my chemical exfoliation.

Retinol tonic - i don’t think my skin needs full on retinol yet so this tonic is just perfect to get my skin used to it, so it’s ready for when i want to go in full with it.

Rose tonic - this is so soothing on the face i love to use rose products on my days off from work to sooth the areas after wearing alot of makeup and let it recover, it smells beautiful and really calms and soothes my skin. An incredibly gentle product.

Becca skin love

As you know i work for becca cosmetics so i am very lucky to get some products to try and use for work, these are our two newest products from our skin love range.

Brighten and blur primer - i normally use two primers one to hydrate my cheeks and forehead and one to mattify my t zone but this is the primer that does everything, it’s blurring, nourishing, moistursing and protects our skin againest pollution and diffuses the look of pores, what more could you want? The smell is so fruity and gorgeous where it has melon and avacodo blend.

Glow shield prime and set mist - i was so excited for us to relase a setting mist so many people ask for it. It is such a fine refreshing mist i use it to prep before makeup, refresh during and set the makeup, it is more of a glowy finish mist as it is what becca is all about. It is the same scent and just feels so refreshing on the skin.

Colourpop x disney villians ultra glossy lip in puppies!!

This is such a stunning sparkly nude gloss, goes over any lipstick and just brings that extra dimension to it. There not sticky at all and i love that the gloss is a little brush makes it so easy to apply. I really am in a gloss phase right now and this has added to it even more!

Whats been your favourite products this month?
