Lavera makeup review

I was very kindly gifted a bunch of Lavera makeup to try and review, i am always a bit nervous about trying new cosmetics that i don’t know alot about but i am happy to say i was very pleasantly surprised. 

Lavera illuminating effect fluid sheer bronze

I will start with my least favourite product, this is a liquid highlighter, i like to use mine as a natural highlight or to mix in with my foundation to give that glow to more of a matte foundation. Though i found this texture very odd it was kind of foamy and seem to seperate with my foundation when i mixed them together on my hand. Then as an actual highlight it didn’t have as much glow as i like mine to have, i know liquids are more natural but it was very hard to pick up on the skin. 

So fresh mineral rouge powder columbine pink

This is such a pretty luminous blush which really brings some light to the skin. You only need a little swipe of the brush for this product to show through on the cheeks. It lasts well on the skin throughout the day and applys well on top of other products and also them being applied on top of the blush as well.

Fine loose mineral powder ivory

Hands down this is my favourite product! This powder is an incredible setting powder, it is so finely milled, never builds up or looks cakey. Keeps me matte and airbrushed all day. Only thing i will say is it very heavily scented which doesn’t bother me and i rather like the smell but if you are sensitive to scents you may not like this powder.

Matt’ N stay lips matt’ n rose

This is my perfect shade of pink so thats already a tick from me. It is a matte crayon style and normally these can be quite thick and drying on the lips, but not in this case i can barely feel it on my lips when i wear it and the colour lasts for such a long time. 

So overall i am really impressed with this brand and would love to try some more products. Your always gonna have some that work well for others and on your skin type but i have defiantly found some amazing products.
