Glossybox VS Birchbox - October edition

Well this month was a mixed bag, we had an autumal theme and a halloween trick ot treat theme.

Birchbox

We had a beautiful autumnal theme box from birch this month, love the box and some very exciting products inside. 

This month i recieved -

Daily concepts multi functional charcoal soap sponge

Schmidt’s natural deodorant

Lumene hydration recharge overnight cream sample

I have already tested most of these out, love the deodorant, the highlighter which is a new favourite and the sponge soap is just wow!  The sheet mask was perfectly nice just got to try the hair mask.

This months glossy i got the treat box, but i hadn’t been looking forward to this box with whatever one i got.

This month i recieved -

So i was disapointed for a few reasons this month, a couple of the brands such as sleek and mua, call me snobby but i like recieving products and brands i haven’t tried before and in my younger years owned both these items. A lipstick colour i would never wear the brightest pink on earth. The primer from this works is ok i have tried it before but it didn’t get on with my skin. The only product i was looking forward to was the powder as they said it is good for baking and it was terrible!! I literally left it for ten seconds and couldn’t get if off my face. So i kept nothing from this box!

So i am really happy to say this month that the winner is ......BIRCHBOX!! 

It’s been a long time coming for them as Glossybox always seem to win, but this month birch smashed it with my box!
