Latest in beauty - April

This month i recieved my first latest in beauty box, this a subscription box with three options, 3 products a month for £9, 6 products a month for £15 and 9 products a month for £18. The idea of this box is you actually choose the products yourself to go in the box which i think is amazing, you can try so many different brands and products without having to buy the full size and not liking it.

This month i choose 3 items and got sent 3 extra to my surpise.

Paulas choice clinical 1% retinol treatment

This was my first surprise of the box and this is a full size product worth £53!!! 

Myself and my mum have been trying this out and for me i haven’t really noticed a difference in my skin as it is still young skin, but my mums brown/sun spots have without a doubt reduced in colour which is amazing for her.

Merci handy hello sunshine love & refreshing face mist

This was a product i choose myself, i love a refreshing face mist throughout the day to either to cool my skin down or refresh my makeup when it starts to look a bit powdery. This is a very fine mist it doesn’t squirt out at you and the scent is beauts just literally smells like holiday! This is a full size product which cost £4.50. 

Amie naturally kind duo 

This was another set i picked up in my choices, and i have to say i am obsessed with this brand and want to try everything! So this little duo set is sold on the Amie website for £2 and the full sizes range from £3.95 to £5.95 so such an affordable brand but there is also other websites you can purchase off and Waitrose also sell this range. 

The morning clear facial wash a lovely rose scent and i do like the cleanser it is just a very creamy cleanser and doesn’t foam up like i am used to so it is not my ultimate favourite. 

The morning dew matte finish moisturiser is on another level! I am shook! The smell for one i think is the best smelling skincare ever this is the scent of lemon blossom and orange blossom and it is just heavenly. It is a very light texture and it does dry down matte and slightly tight which i personally like as i am very oily. I use it morning and evening and am really impressed with how my skin is loving it. (Plus i have already purchased the full size!)

This works sleep plus hair elixir 

This was the last product i chose, and we all know how much i love my pillow spray, so i was really interested in seeing how the hair elixir works, it has essentials oils and nourishing ingredients for your hair as well as there to help you sleep. The scent is much stronger then the setting spray but i loved it i had amazing 3 night sleeps with this, the pillow spray and sleepy lotion. A full size of this is £25.

Can’t wait to choose some more options for next month!
