Youtube made me buy it!!

So of course we like to think we have our own minds when it comes to beauty which yes is true but we also know that we get influenced a hell of a lot from youtube!! These are some of the products that i bought and i will include the youtubers if i remember who they were! Also to point out these are the products that were a success i have bought way more items from youtube but not all have been good for me personally.

Oskia renaissance cleansing gel

So this i have to thank to Lily Pebbles and Anna, as this was all they used and as two of my favourite youtubers i knew that i NEEDED it! It is a lovely light texture cleanser that pumps out as a jel and turns into an oil, i personally love this as a second cleanse after removing my makeup as it makes it squeaky clean.

The original beauty blender

Now i don’t know who made me buy this but literally everyone was using it so i had to see what the hype was about and i would never go back to a cheaper sponge you cannot beat the lightness and bouncyness of the beauty blender, its so soft and grows huge and applys foundation flawlessly. 

Sephora sheet masks

Again i think this was down to most youtubers whether they were American going to sephora every day or british youtubers stocking up when they go to sephora. I used to stock up on every different mask but now i know my favourite five. They have just the right amount of serum to rub in afterwards and leavings your skin beautifully soft.

Glossier

I have to thanks Lily Pebbles and Anna again for these and them as a brand to be honest. It started off with the milky jelly cleanser they had been through bottles before we could get it in the uk! Everything from the brand i have tried so far i have loved some alot more then others and it really is worth the hype and can’t wait to add to the collection.

Laura Mercier translucent powder 

So everyone and their mother on youtube made me buy this. So far i haven’t actually owned a full size yet but both times i went to America i picked up the travel size in the isle of doom and it still takes forever to use up. It is a incredible setting powder that keeps me matte and doesn’t make me look cakey.

Stila glitter and glow liquid eyeshadows

Wow this is without a doubt one of the products that broke the internet, it has taken me forever to get my hands on one as i wanted to swatch the colours. I think it was Shaaanxo that swayed me most into getting them. And i can’t wait to get more they have the most beautiful shimmery/ glittery liquid shadow perfect for that more speical makeup or a night out.

 Mac velevet teddy

Well i think it was Kylie Jenner that made the whole of youtube buy it which then made me buy it, but you know i bloody love it that 90s brown shade are such a great dark nude for me. It is one of my most used mac lipsticks for sure.

Fresh sugar lip treatment

Now this was way back in the day on youtube when these were the lipbalms that no one could stop talking about. When i was in America i didn’t pick it up as they are  very expensive and there was stuff i wanted more, but i finally got round to it last year when i was in europe still bloody expensive but so glad i got it and now even better you can purchase it in the uk.

RCMA translucent powder

The no colour powder was the one more that took over youtube but i prefered the translucent so i could use it all over the skin. Packaging sucks major but the product is amazing and thats why everyone loves it. 

Physicians formula butter bronzer

My only drugstore bronzer i was made to buy by Kathleen lights, i bought this in Floirda in the biggest target i have ever seen in my life. The smell just takes you back to beach holidays and the colour is perfect for us more paler girls.

Becca champagne pop

I think we have to thank the founder of this product itself Jaclyn Hill and then all the youtubers that used it. Sadly i can only use this when i have a tan as its that bit too golden for me to wear all times of the year. I wore this properly for the first time last year on my cruise holiday when i was a beautiful colour and appreciated why everyone goes mad about it, it is stunning and i just used to put it all over my face to look amazing and glowtastic! 

Colourpop

Even though everyone went mad for this brand i still think Kathleen lights was the one that showed me how amazing and great quality the products are for the price. My favourite items are the highlighters for sure they are insane but i love everything i own for the brand, the only downside is the ordering and getting it here to the uk!
